Dear friends and guests of our house, we warmly welcome you to our new 5-star apartment. In our modern and well equipped rooms as well as in our spacious garden you can spend wonderful and relaxing days. In the idyllic Lauchert valley of the Swabian Alb, we appreciate the tranquility, but also the proximity to the Danube valley, Lake Constance or the Black Forest. Forget about everyday life by taking walks or hiking by cycling or swimming, climbing or jogging, roller blading or playing tennis. Our area and the surrounding area offers countless opportunities for everyone to spend their free time or vacation active and varied. The village Veringendorf is a district of the city Veringenstadt, counts with about 450 inhabitants rather to the smaller places in the circle Sigmaringen. The quiet, village character can be recognized immediately. The scenic, idyllic environment is actually designed to spend a holiday with us. You can relax and unwind here, but on the other hand spend your time actively. For over 38 years, we live and live in the old carpentry, which is still fully functional today in the basement. Our grandfather had the joinery in the 50s and 60s operated independently, since then it serves us as a hobby workshop for smaller woodwork. The attic, in which the apartment is located, was lovingly and completely extended in 2011 to the apartment for our son and his family. The birth of two grandchildren made the apartment too small and they moved into their new home at the end of 2017. Now we want to offer the freed and comfortable rooms to friends and guests for the night, to relax, to relax or to discover. In order to express this comfort, we have decided to objectively evaluate our apartment by the DTV classification. The apartment is located in the attic of a two-family house. You will also find a collection of games, a selection of books, various tourist brochures, hiking and cycling maps, interesting lighting options for cozy evenings.- In the bedroom is a high, 2mx1,8m large double bed with bedside table and two reading lights, a two-door wardrobe and two chairs. A large mirror and a mute servant should make their change of clothes easier. The bed linen is available to them free of charge. In the other office you also have a couch / couch with pull-out bed (each 2mx0.9m). There is also a desk with roll container, an office chair, a large mirror, various boxes and storage facilities. The bathroom has a large window and a walk-in shower. It is equipped with a hair dryer, a stool as a laundry collector, make-up mirror and shower gel. Per person you will find a larger and two normal towels.- On the approximately 8 square meters large balcony are two chairs, a table, two loungers and a parasol.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 22:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
