Villa Oleander is a sanctuary for everyone craving nature, sea and relaxation with their loved ones. It is located in quiet part of Dramalj, next to the Crikvenica, beautiful tourist area.

The apartment is modern equipped to provide an unforgettable stay during your holiday.
This 40m² apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for max 2 persons. It also has a dining table with chairs and a well-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, water cooker and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Satellite TV and free Internet access are available.

In the apartment you can relax by the beautiful, newly built shared pool or in the jacuzzi.

Parking is available in front of the apartment.

The bed sheets are cleaned and disinfected. Once a week clean bed sheets are provided.

The apartment is situated away from the city center, so it provides a pleasant and peaceful stay to all those who love nature.
There is a secluded rocky beach only 290 meters away from the villa. There is a family pebble beach only 600 meters away.
In the neighborhood you can also find restaurants, cafes, bars and shops (ca. 900m)
