September is a dream in Opatija - maybe not with school-age children. The water is warm from summer, the air is still 30 degrees and it is not overcrowded. It is e.g. B. in Opatija on the promenade in September in the big old Kvarner hotel offered the "Viennese waltz" with long evening dresses. It is also wonderful to watch these people and to hear this beautiful music, sitting by the sea and drinking champagne.
