All rooms are on the corridor. To the apartment also includes a balcony facing south, a parking space and a shared bicycle storage.

The holiday property Graal-Müritz is located in the center of Graal-Müritz. In the object are various shops, u. a. an Edeka market, a bakery and a hairdresser. To the object belong a laundromat in the cellar and a Gemeinschaftsfahrradkeller. The house extends over 2 floors and has two entrances.  In the object there are 7 standard apartments, 4 comfort apartments and 4 two-room apartments. Each apartment has a balcony, a parking space and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
