The one-storey house with garden is located on the outskirts of Querry Pigeon (Port Bourgenay) and is only separated from the "Marais" (marsh meadows) by a very quiet residential street.

The master bedroom has a shower-bath suite, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. This bedroom has a separate entrance through the garage. One bedroom acts as a children's bedroom and is equipped with a bunk bed (2x80x190) and a baby crib.
The bedrooms are separated by a hallway from the open living and dining area with an open kitchen.

Open and covered terrace areas are available to the south and east.

The garage is only used as a storage room. B. used for bicycles. 2 cars can be parked on the property.

The distance to the beach is about 800m as the crow flies, which can be covered by bike in a few minutes through the forest. The sports harbor of Port Bourgenay and the 18 lock golf course "Golf Bluegreen Bourgenay" can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.

In the village there is a small supermarket, bakery, fishmongers etc. The next bigger town Talmont Saint-Hilaire can be reached by car in about 7 minutes.
