Apartment: The beautiful, bright, in recent years up to and including 2018 gradually modernized maisonette apartment on two levels has Baltic Sea views from all rooms. It is a secluded apartment for non-smokers with a beautiful, small south-facing balcony. The living room is combined with dining area and kitchen, and there are two bedrooms. The rental price includes a freely selectable beach chair during the season, car parking space at the house, W-LAN, satellite TV and use of the swimming pool (from approx. Easter until the end of the October holidays, as well as over Christmas). The beautiful, only 30 meters away beach is tax free.
For the final cleaning and additional costs per booking 80,00 € lump sum.
On request you can use towels (1 large, 1 small, a tea towel) and bed linen for 22,00 € p. P. order. The beds are then made upon arrival.
