Upstairs you will find the bathroom with bath and 3 double bedrooms. From one room you have access to the huge roof terrace.

The house is located 200m from the Kurparksee. The old town can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Bus stop and stop for Paulinchenbahn and Paul-E-Bus are nearby.
The Vita Sol-Therme can be reached in 10 minutes on foot through the landscaped garden.
