The living room

Our house is located directly on the lake and not far away is a swimming area. In the house you will find everything, what belongs to the everyday life: TV, WLAN, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes ...; Bedding and towels are included.

Access for guests

Our house has a separate access to the apartment after entering the house entrance. Here are the ground floor kitchen and 1 guest bathroom. Upstairs is a living room with loggia with a pull-out couch for sleeping, a large bathroom with shower and bath, a usable hallway with seating. The DG itself is a living sleeping area with another sofa bed. Everything is modern and newly furnished, so to relax. We rent from 2 people to the specified price / night. For other overnight guests additionally 25 € / person.

Interaction with guests

If you are on holiday with us, we are happy to assist you as a host with our tips for your Berlin vacation. You have the option to use part of the outdoor area for your relaxation and a barbecue is also available. You are also welcome to rent our rowing boat or the pedalo, also a guided boat tour with "our" captain is possible on request.

Other important information

If you arrive by car, then you have the possibility to park in front of the property for free. If you arrive by plane or train, then we are happy to offer you for 20 € from / to Berlin Schönefeld or for 50 € from / to Berlin Tegel our shuttle service.
