The apartment consists of a spacious living-dining area with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Further equipment includes air conditioning, heating and a television. The balcony, which can be accessed from the living room, has a fantastic view over the surrounding fields and the sea. A communal pool is also available for all guests. The centre of Conil de la Frontera with numerous shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars is 1.2 km or 5 minutes by car away. The nearest sandy beach can also be reached in 5 minutes by car.
