Furniture is brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with baking oven, ceramic hob, fridge including freezer, microwave, water boiler, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. For entertainment and comfort the apartment has a 39" Full HD LED-TV with satellite reception, Blueray-Player, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and alarm clock radio. In the spacious bathroom there is a shower at ground level and a tub. As special extras the flat has got a walk-in closet and a sauna. Visit the shore and feel free to use our own pier. Enjoy your diner or bbq in the garden. Bed linen, towels, dish towels and bicycles are free of charge, as well as a free car park. There are no carpets in the apartment, therefore it is suitable for those peoble suffering from allergies. For this reason we kindly ask for your understanding that we can not allow smoking and pets in the house.

You have a large garden with lawn, covered terrace and trampoline. Our jetty is only 150 meters away.

Have a closer look at the native fauna in the wildpark Naturpark Steinhuder Meer. Many native bird species found in the natural park Steinhude a home and can be seen here. But just the Lake makes the region of Steinhude complete. Sailing, rowing, paddling, swimming - all this is possible and many more.
