The apartment offered here you will find the 1st floor. It is a beautiful 3-room apartment, suitable for 3-8 people.
In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and diner with bathtub, you have a very spacious living room with a fold-out Doppelbett- bed, a couch, a TV, a dining table, two Bureau and two TV or reading chair. In the first bedroom you have a double bed and a wardrobe and the second bedroom two single beds and a double bed and a chest of drawers available. All beds are made up with sheets. 1 of 2 extra beds are possible.

Internet is in the apartment and can be used by WLAN.

Our "apartment house Louis" on the Ludwig Strasse 8 is very close to the Elbe and the Elbe Cycle Path in Dresden Center / Neustadt. The property is about 5 minutes walk from the Augustus Bridge and the old town center with Frauenkirche, Semper Opera House, Baroque district, Neumarkt, the Japanese Palace and all the main tourists attractions of Dresden removed. The congress center Dresden walk from the apartment comfortably in about 10 minutes walk across the bridge Marie. It is 3 minutes walk to the Neustadt train station.
