Your apartment is located on WANNE in the north of Tübingen in a quiet location directly opposite the Kunsthalle.

23m ², sophisticated furnishings, sophisticated equipment, fully equipped kitchenette, roof terrace with a unique view can be used as such. All shops in the immediate vicinity (e.g. good baker from 5:30 a.m., supermarket, pharmacy, doctor's office, bank, ...).

Washer and dryer in the house. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a TV, internet connection and an elevator.

There is free parking at the house. The bus lines 5,13,17 opposite the house offer a very good connection to the city, the university and the clinics (3 bus stations) every 10 minutes. City center (2.8 km), university (2.3 km) and clinic (1.8 km) can also be reached via beautiful footpaths. The Schönbuch forest area with walking and hiking trails is a 5-minute walk away. You are at the studio in 2 minutes.

Ideal for 1-2 adults (couple) - the bed has a width of 1.60 m, i.e. clinic members or visitors, patients, university staff, student parents, tourists. No pets. Non smoking.
