This beautiful half-timbered house near the Edersee and the national park is located in the center of the town of Hemfurth-Edersee very close to the barrier wall.

The modern and lovingly furnished apartment with 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people on 130 square meters of living space.
The comfortable kitchen is u. a. equipped with a microwave, oven, hob, fridge (with freezer) and dishwasher.
In the large living / dining room you will find a stressless armchair with a stool, a comfortable couch, a pallet stove for the colder seasons and access to the balcony with a view of the countryside.
On the lower floor there is also the guest toilet, a room with a washing machine and dryer and a storage room.
The spacious hallway in the entrance area takes you to the first floor. Here are the 3 bedrooms, a bathroom. And the hallway with a table football. In bedroom 1 there is a shower and a sink. In bedroom 2 there is also a sink and in bedroom 3 there is a couch and an exercise bike in addition to another television.
The modern bathroom has a bathtub (short shape), toilet and sink. 2 hair dryers are also available.
In the garden there is a trampoline and a table tennis table.

The barrier wall, passenger ships, boat rental, the wildlife park, a climbing park, a tree top path, the bathing beach and an entrance to the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park are located in 1-1.5 km.
In 10 minutes by car you can reach the next town Bad Wildungen, where there are other shops, a beautiful spa garden, a swimming pool, etc.
