The apartment is on the 5th floor (accessible by elevator) and has the balcony to the east side. Therefore, it is usually protected from the wind, so that you can also use the balcony. In the morning sun z. B. for breakfast. A parasol is also in the apartment. Non smoking. Pets are not allowed.

It is 50 m to WEGST and 100 m to the main beach 100 m (crossing directly next to the Miramar Hotel) to Friedrichstrasse, the Westerland promenade. An Edeka market can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. The Westerland Syltness Center or leisure pool "Sylter Welle" in 4 minutes on foot.
The view from the living room is over the eastern part of Westerland. The lighthouse of Rantum can be seen in the dark.

The living room has a TV with DVD drive, sofa set and a dining table and a folding desk.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils.
