The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, with access to a cozy breakfast terrace, a storage room, the bathroom (shower / WC) and the living / dining room with sitting area and dining area and open kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer , Dishwasher, microwave).
