This 50 sqm apartment is located on the third and last floor of a building with elevator on the beach promenade. It is in a very quiet and exclusive location and has two balconies overlooking the sea, and it is perfect for those who love the sea. Because of its location, right on the sea, you feel like you're on a cruise, just with the pleasant effect of actually putting your feet on solid ground. The entrance leads into a small hallway and from here the left door opens onto a large marble bathroom with shower, washing machine and window overlooking the sea. The door to the front leads into a large bedroom with a double bed. From this room there is access to a balcony overlooking the sea and equipped with marble table and wrought-iron chairs. A door on the front right leads to the dining room, where there is a dining table, and two sofas that convert into single beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with gas stove, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, both Italian mocca and filter coffee machines and dishwasher. This room leads to a balcony with breathtaking views. From this balcony you can see over 80 km of uninterrupted beach from the Romito foothills of Populonia and the Gulf of Baratti and on the horizon the islands of the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica. Marina di Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful village, located on the Etruscan Coast, south of Livorno and only 30 north of Piombino, exit point for Elba Island. The area is famous for its crystal clear sea water but also for some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima which are real attractions, or also for the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25km). The apartments are located on the 3rd and last floor of a building (lift available), where there are also smaller shops and restaurants. Private parking. The beach directly in front of the building is free to use. AND about 1000 m. Removing the apartments north of "Marina di Castagneto", customers can enter a free beach, which can be accessed by a private property by the owner.
