Our apartment house & organic farm "the Veitenhof" is located in Tyrol / Ötztal on the sunny plateau Niederthai at 1550m above sea level. This apartment has 1 master bedroom, a spacious living / dining area with fully equipped kitchen, shower / WC, safe, massage roller, satellite TV and terrace.

We offer you a wellness area with panorama sauna, infrared cabin, Kneipp basin, tea bar and a rest room of stone pine with panoramic view on the Ötztaler mountains, a garden lounge with barbecue corner and sun terrace, a big children playground, - room, a fitness room, a shoe, - and drying room with washing machine , a Kneipp pool with barefoot path, petting zoo, a garden where our guests are welcome to use, a large lounge with kitchen (about 25 people), a riding arena and free to borrow - bicycles, sledding and snowshoes, hiking utensils such. In winter, our guests receive the Niederthai Card - so all snow sports are free for our guests!
