A special highlight are the two sea view terraces, a spacious, partially covered south terrace for up to 6 people and a smaller balcony for two guests, ideal for relaxed hours with a view of the glittering sea. A private parking space is available directly at the property, and garden use as well as barbecue facilities offer additional comfort for sociable evenings. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome, although small additional fees apply.
