Apartment LiJan °1 is located on the ground floor and with a total area of 85 square meters, it offers ideal accommodation for 4 people. The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed (130cm x 200cm). The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The recently renovated modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and an additional toilet. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and parasol. The apartment is air conditioned with two indoor units.

- For common use are available: heated salt water pool, children's playground, parasols, sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue.
- Smoking is only permitted outside the apartment on the terrace/balcony.
