The apartment (30 m 2) is on the 2nd Floor (without elevator) of a palazzo that belonged to the famous Cavalcanti family in the Middle Ages. The building is now a listed building and has only recently been restored. The living space is optimally divided: spacious sleeping area with double bed, cozy, fully equipped cooking and dining area and bathroom with shower. The lovingly chosen furnishings, the terracotta floor and the antique wooden ceiling give the studio an authentic Florentine atmosphere. At the same time, the apartment has every modern convenience: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher and washing machine.



The extremely central location offers the ideal starting point for conquering the city. Just a few steps, just around the corner, and you are in the middle of Piazza della Signoria. Sit down for a cappuccino in the Café Rivoire, admire the Loggia dei Lanzi, the Palazzo Vecchio - while you are making plans for the new day of your vacation. Could you start with a visit to the Uffizi Gallery, which, like most of the city's sights, is within walking distance of the apartment? Or they stroll through the surrounding streets, get some luck at the bronze 'Porcellino' fountain and walk over the Ponte Vecchio to the characteristic Oltrarno district, where they still work over the shoulder of the Florentine artisans in traditional 'Botteghe' can look.
