Apartment House is nestled in a peaceful area, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. The property features four fully-equipped apartment studios, all located on the ground floor.

Apartment Studio Dijana nr 1 is a cozy, well-appointed space of approximately 28 square meters, designed with comfort in mind. Ideal for couples, it offers a peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday. The studio is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay year-round.

This apartment includes a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed that easily converts into a full-sized bed (120 x 190 cm), making it suitable for a variety of sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully stocked with an electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all essential cookware for preparing meals. A charming patio with garden furniture provides the perfect spot for outdoor relaxation.

Smoking is only allowed outside the house, on the terrace / balcony.
