The apartment 3 in 1. Upstairs and has a size of 110 m². You have 1 large living room with about 24 m², 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The big fridge is with sep. Freezer compartment.
An extra dining room is available next to the kitchen.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet and a 2. Shower (without WC) can be rented. From 5 paying persons both showers are available and are included in the rent.

2 bedrooms have a double bed, one of them with an additional upholstered bed.

1 bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds.

The living room has a three-seater (can also be used as a sofa bed and 2 two-seater, extendable coffee table, color TV with over 30 programs and a desk.

You are welcome to bring along your well-bred dog.

From each apartment you are in 5 minutes walk to the marketplace. Each apartment has a parking space on the property, the large apartments even 2.

Bed linen, towels, utilities, parking and final cleaning are included in the price. The city tax Wernigerode will be charged extra. It currently amounts to 2.50 EUR per person per day. Children from 6 - 18 years pay half.
