Apartment 11 Strandhaus Seeblick Binz 50m far from the beach:
The apartment no. 11 with lateral Baltic Sea view, small front garden and terrace is located directly on the beach on the ground floor of the beach house lake view. The apartment for up to six people and in a size of 99 m² is very high quality with selected design furniture and has three rooms: A large living room with 37 square meters living space with large flat screen TV and open kitchen (high-quality Siemens equipment) , two spacious bedrooms each with a double bed (180 cm wide), a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and a separate toilet. The floors of the apartment are made of high quality oak parquet. Two extra beds and a sofa bed offer the possibility of extra bed for more than four guests. From the living room you can reach the small front garden with beautiful garden furniture and partial views of the Baltic Sea and the white beach in Binz. From the private garden and the apartment, guests can directly access the beach promenade and the beach. In the apartment-own storage room in the entrance area objects can be stowed on two apartment-own extra beds, a cot and a high chair are accessed. The sauna, the internet access via W-LAN, as well as the parking lot No. 17 in the underground car park (double parker) are available to the guests free of charge. Apartment 11 is accessible via the entrance to the beach house Seeblick (three steps) or via the underground car park via stairs and elevator (barrier-free access). Smoking is not allowed in the apartment 11 (but possible in the private garden and on the terrace). Pets are not allowed (note: a pet is welcome in apartment 13 of the Strandhaus Seeblick). In the underground car park bicycles can be safely parked and connected in a separate room.

The apartments in the Strandhaus Seeblick and in the Villa Seeblick are located directly on the beach and on the beach promenade in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Binz on Rügen. The historic Villa Seeblick from 1886 in the typical for Binz resort architecture style was renovated with great attention to detail very high quality and completed in 2014. The new building "Strandhaus Seeblick" was also built on the property of the Villa Seeblick until the end of 2014: in a harmonious ensemble also structurally and across the beautiful garden connected with the Villa Seeblick. The villa and the beach house lake view are fantastically and idyllically located directly on the beach in Binz in an absolute "1 A location": The white beach of the seaside resort is directly accessible from the property, without a road to cross: Thus, the apartments in The villa and the beach house also particularly well suited for families with children! For guests of the villa and the beach house, a large sauna is available free of charge, as well as a car parking space in the garage of the villa and the beach house.

Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
