This idyllic Robinson house is located in a secluded bay on the south side of Čiovo Island – a true paradise for all those who love peace, nature, and the sea. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, pine trees, and the sound of waves, this charming holiday home offers the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday away from everyday life. Just a few steps separate you from the crystal-clear sea and the natural pebble beach, where you can bathe and relax undisturbed.
The single-storey house offers space for up to 4 people on 30 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a cosy living area with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Large windows provide plenty of daylight and a magnificent view of the sea. The sofa bed in the living room offers two additional sleeping spaces.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and filter coffee machine and enables convenient self-catering. A high chair and a baby bed are available for small children upon request. Electronic anti-mosquito devices and insect protection screens ensure restful nights.
A special highlight is the generous, 120 m² terrace with a breathtaking sea view. Here you will find loungers, a dining table in the shade, a summer kitchen with a brick grill and a protected area to relax. The terrace is completely enclosed with natural stone, thus providing a safe environment for families with children.
The house is completely energy self-sufficient – electricity is generated via solar panels, through which it is perfectly integrated into the natural environment. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are deliberately not present in order to provide guests with a genuine Robinson experience.
On the 1100 m² plot, you also have a well-maintained garden area with an outdoor shower and sun loungers at your disposal. A parking space is located directly at the property, and upon request, a boat with a mooring in the bay can be rented - ideal for excursions to the surrounding islands or secluded beaches.
The location of the house is quiet and close to nature, yet you can reach restaurants, supermarkets, and the centre of Okrug Gornji after approximately 1.5 km. The historic old town of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just a few minutes away by car.
