The non-smoking holiday house Thea covers approx. 48 m² and offers space for max. 2 adults. The open plan living area has a couch, coffee table, radio with CD player, DVD player and a Smart TV. Also on an Internet connection (WLAN) you do not need to miss on vacation. This is inclusive for you. In extension, the dining area closes. The fully equipped kitchenette has an oven, ceramic hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils. For cozy evenings, especially in the colder months, provides a fireplace. The open bedroom has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), bedside tables and a wardrobe. From the living area you can access the furnished terrace. The daylight bathroom is completed by a corner shower, towel warmer, hair dryer, toilet and vanity. All rooms have been provided with underfloor heating and tiles. With its own and brought sleeping place is 1 pet a welcome guest. In the separate wash house you can use a washing machine and a dryer against a cash register of confidence. Your brought or borrowed bikes can be parked at the house. A parking space is located on the property. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 16.00 € per person or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

The non-smoking holiday house Thea is located in the beautiful Baltic resort of Baabe. The Selliner See is in about 4 minutes or even the fine Baltic Sea beach only about 10 minutes to reach. The bulwark with the landing stage of the smallest rowing ferry to Moritzburg or the stop of the Rasender Rolands are only an excerpt, which excursions you can plan from your accommodation.
