Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, terrace, garden furniture, and lift. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20/05/2026 and 21/05/2026 and 22/05/2026 and 23/05/2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Each apartment has a parking space for 2 cars (No minibuses).

Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed and TV.
