The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, only about 700 m from the beach, and convinces with pleasant amenities for a relaxed stay on the Adriatic coast.



In 50 m² of living space, you can expect two separate bedrooms with double beds, a modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a bright living and dining area with a kitchenette. The open living space is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, a dining table, and sleeping accommodations for two additional persons (sofa bed and armchair bed). The functional kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering - including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine, crockery, and cooking utensils.



From the private balcony, which is accessible from the living area, you can enjoy sunny hours and cosy meals outdoors. WiFi, bed linen and towels are included, as well as a private parking space directly at the house.



In the outdoor area, guests have access to a well-maintained garden terrace with seating, as well as a traditional Dalmatian grill house (Komin), which can be used by arrangement - ideal for sociable evenings.
