The fully equipped kitchenette has u. a has a dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hobs, fridge with freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bright bathroom with window has a shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a safe. As a place to sleep for a child there is a small "Schlafburg". The sleeping castle is an approximately 1.30 m high loft bed, which completely fills the small room. Under the loft bed suitcases or other things can be parked. The apartment has a terrace overlooking the forest, a shared bicycle cellar, bicycle parking on the grounds and a car parking space.

The house Glückauf is located in the beach street in the district Müritz-Ost. The beach road is a dead end and ends at the dune. In addition to the beach road, there are only in the village the road to the pier and the middle path leading directly up to the beach. Behind the house Glückauf is a forest area in which the Ribnitzer bog is located.
The beach road is still characterized by many old family houses, where partly the roofs are still covered with thatch. At the end of the beach road there are 3 restaurants. In the summer months there is also a small branch of the bakery Gottschalk in the beach road. The Baltic Sea spa Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the peninsula Fischland-Darss-Zingst. The village stretches for 5 km along the Baltic Sea and is almost completely surrounded by the woodland "Rostocker Heide". In Graal-Müritz live about 4000 inhabitants. The place offers various shops. Sights are u. a. the 350m long pier, the 4.5 ha rhododendron park, the local history museum, the old Büdner houses, the Graal-Müritz church with its 26 m high tower or the Ribnitzer Hochmoor.
