The absolutely quiet, but not secluded villa accommodates up to (8 + 2) persons. The Villa Laura An has a total of four bedrooms each with private bathrooms. The ground floor has a bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a spacious living room with large flat screen TV, an open modern kitchen, dining area for 8 persons and a guest toilet. Another three bedrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned, each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV, as well as free Wifi throughout the house and garden.
The outdoor area offers comfortable sun loungers and a quiet island for absolute relaxation. The 40 sqm infinity pool overlooking the sea invites you to jump into the water. A hot shower is also available by the pool. The covered terrace with adjoining outdoor grill offers an outdoor dining area for 8 people. In addition, the small outdoor kitchen has a spacious drinks fridge, counter space and a sink with hot and cold water.
In the beautifully maintained garden, the youngest guests can pass the time, there is a children's swing with climbing net.

The villa is located near a cozy little village "Kastelir" near the town of Novigrad and Porec with its beaches. Here you will find a variety of shops and restaurants.
Other traditional coastal towns such as Rovinj and Pula are located in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible by car. Day trips to the Roman amphitheater in Pula or Venice will make your stay in Istria and its surroundings unforgettable.
Sports enthusiasts will find a golf club in Umag and a golf course on the island of Brijuni. The water park Istralandia brings fun for the whole family and is worth a day trip.

Istrian village Deklici located just a few minutes away from the tourist center of Porec. While staying in our villa near Porec, do not miss to visit the Euphrasian Basilica. It was built in the middle of the 6th century in the Byzantine style and it is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Porec is a town with a rich cultural heritage where a massive city wall defies time and greets visitors from all over the world. In Pula and Trieste you will find international airports. (Ryanair, German Wings, FlyGlobespan, Thomson, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Tuifly,, Sterling, Wizzair and many Russian charter flights). Rovinj and Pula and other highlights are just a short drive away.
