Two terraces overlooking the water. 60 meters to the Bodden shore. The rooms are modern and bright. The central bathroom has a shower and toilet and a washing machine with integrated dryer. In addition, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. In winter, the house with central heating (underfloor heating) is comfortably heated. The well-equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and all utensils that require cozy, shared cooking. TV and audio system are available for entertainment.

Two terraces overlooking the water and a well maintained 715 m² plot. The cottage has a cozy interior with fireplace in the living room and two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a travel cot). The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. There is still a guest toilet in the house.
