Living room with 2 sofas (3 and 2), TV, stereo system and dining table with 5 chairs. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the south.

Semi-open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, radio, washing machine, wet bar and 3 bar chairs.

1. Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm, one of which is extendable to a double bed), wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, 2 chairs and free travel cot (frame, without mattress).
 Second Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), built-in wardrobe, table and 2 chairs. Access via a very steep staircase from the living room, child safety net available.

Modernized bathroom (shower room) with shower (entrance: about 5 cm), toilet, daylight and hair dryer.

Hall with cloakroom, shoe cabinet and mirror in the entrance area.

Parking on the property. No WLAN (in preparation).

The beds are fresh on arrival. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

NOTE: this domicile will be available from the 5th. Person charged a rental surcharge of 10 euros per night for each additional person.
