The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area as well as the nearest pebble beach, which is only a few hundred metres away. A shared barbecue is available on the property. In enchanting Primoten, there are bars and restaurants serving local specialities along the promenade. The medieval town of ibenik and the Krka and Kornati national parks are also worth a visit.
