The apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of a well-kept apartment building and is easily accessible by elevator. There is a bakery right in the house, which gives a good start to the day. The beach road with its cafés and restaurants invites you to relax and linger. Shops and a bike rental are in the immediate vicinity. In about 5 minutes you can reach the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach where you can rent a beach chair and relax. With the original steam locomotive Rasender Roland you can explore the seaside resorts of the island of Rügen as well as the natural beauties.

The bright and modern 2-room non-smoking holiday apartment Ostseebrise is located on the 2nd Floor and offers with its approx. 47 m² space for max. 2 to 3 adults. The spacious living and dining area has a comfortable couch (extra bed for 3. Person, 1.20 mx 2.00 m), coffee table, reading lamp, TV board with LED flat screen, Blu-Ray player and mini stereo system and a large dining table. A small selection of board games and DVDs are available. An internet connection (WLAN) is also included for you. You can reach the furnished balcony (south / southwest) with a parasol from the living area. The separate kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartments, microwave, coffee machine, Senseopad machine, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils. The bright bedroom has a double bed with 7-zone barrel pocket spring mattresses (1.60mx 2.00m), adjustable slatted frames, bedside tables, a large wardrobe and an LED flat screen. Blackout blinds ensure a restful sleep. The tiled bathroom is rounded off by a shower, vanity, hairdryer, toilet and towel radiator. In the hallway area there is a cloakroom with a mirror and a shoe cabinet. Adjacent is a small storage room. From your underground parking space (No. 10 / entrance height: 1.90m) you can comfortably take the elevator to your apartment. Your brought or borrowed bicycles can be parked in the lockable basement belonging to the apartment (No. 10). Pets are not allowed. You can book the initial equipment of a laundry package (complete bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 small towels) up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or add your own. From 2 packages booked, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
