The apartment is completely tiled, clear and modern. It has a living-dining room with large new sofa, dining table with comfortable seating area, kitchenette complete with dining and cooking utensils, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
The balcony has 2 armchairs and a table. The bedroom is designed for 2 people (bed size 1.60m x 2.00m), a third person could sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room. Bathroom with shower / WC and washing machine. 2 bicycles can be shared free of charge. Own wheels can be stored in the shed.

The dike is reached in a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity is the starting point for guided mudflats and the kite surfing school. With the bike you can explore the area from the front door in comfortable or sporty tours on the well-developed cycle path network. The Frisian route Rad up Pad takes you from the Warft to the Warft, to medieval churches, lighthouses and castles.
Greetsiel, a romantic fishing and artists 'village with carefully restored gabled houses, is considered to be the most beautiful harbor town on the German North Sea coast, just a few minutes' drive away.
Many museums, swimming pools and weekly events in the nearby villages make for a fun-filled stay.
Unique is the organ landscape of the Krummhörn, one of the oldest in the world is the organ in the idyllic Warfendorf Rysum.
Emden, Aurich, Leer and Norden also offer a variety of shopping and cultural events.

The shops in Greetsiel are open 7 days a week. Several supermarkets and convenience stores can be found in Pewsum, just a few minutes' drive away.
