From the living room a staircase leads to the 2nd Bedroom. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the southwest with views of the Kurwäldchen. Open kitchen with hob with 2 burners, microwave with grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer and De Longhi Nespresso capsule coffee machine. No oven.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), armchair, valet and wardrobe. Direct access to the small balcony to the northeast.
Second Bedroom (gallery, half open to the living room) with double bed (2x 90x200cm), Herrendiener wardrobe, large TV (cable) and two cozy compartments for reading and resting.
