Living room with sofa (3s), 2 armchairs, TV, hi-fi system, 2 wardrobes and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the northwest.

Semi-open kitchen with oven, fridge freezer and some comfort. No dishwasher, no microwave.

Semi-open 1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 80x200cm) and wardrobe.
Semi-open 2. Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm, 80x200cm) and bedside table. This bedroom has no window.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, daylight and hair dryer.

Hall with cloakroom, shoe rack and cabinet with vacuum cleaner in the entrance area. Separate entrance and a small terrace at the entrance.

Parking space and covered bicycle parking available. No WLAN.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
