The flat, furnished with modern classics and great attention to detail, has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200), a living area with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and is located in a small, quiet street with lots of cherry trees. In the larger bedroom 2 extra beds can be added, so that up to 6 people can be accommodated.
Only 10 minutes or 1 underground station away from Alexanderplatz, in the vibrant centre of Berlin. Countless restaurants, cafés, bars, boutiques and markets can be discovered on a stroll in the immediate vicinity and the daily essentials can be found in the supermarket on the next corner. The most important sights are also all within easy walking distance or can be reached by public transport (2 underground stations are a 5-minute walk away). The street is unusually small for Berlin and therefore very quiet. And when the weather is nice, you can simply spend the day in the garden, which belongs to the house. Parking is available for a fee directly in front of the house.
