The sand of the beach slopes gently into the calm water and is also suitable for families with children and seniors. The whole infrastructure of the village with its numerous supermarkets, restaurants and other stores is within walking distance.

The apartment has on the second floor a covered balcony with northeast orientation adjacent to the air-conditioned living room and on the second floor, to the side of the large air-conditioned bedroom, a roof terrace with northeast and another with southwest orientation. In summer, the shaded outdoor areas are of high importance, while in the rest of the year the 22 m² sun terrace offers an alternative to staying at the beach. The use of WLAN is free of charge.
