Beach, port, swimming pool (heated outdoor pool), spa center and the town center with restaurants, cafes and shops are within easy walking distance. A hiking trail along the Siel begins a few meters from the house. A dog is allowed.

Fully equipped kitchen with four-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and all other necessary electrical appliances. Direct access to the approx. 16m² roof terrace in south-west location.   Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bathtub with shower attachment and toilet. Additional separate guest toilet.   There are two further single beds in the loft that can be reached via a spiral staircase.   If you do not want to bring your own bed linen and towels, you can rent them from us.
