The Villa "Can Flauta" equipped with a wonderful private pool, has an idyllic location in the region of the picturesque city of Selva very close to the town of Inca. Surrounded by green orange trees, this house is located in an environment surrounded by nature that will favor rest and disconnection during your stay.



In the outdoor area, you can rest on one of the four sun loungers or cool off by taking a pleasant swim in the pool (8x4m). Also outside, there is an open-air terrace with a barbecue where you can gather with family or friends. Inside, there is a fireplace for the cooler nights. From the terrace and the pool, you can enjoy spectacular views of the Sierra de la Tramuntana.

The entrance leads you to the living and dining area and to the well-equipped country kitchen. There is direct access to the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana and the rural surroundings during breakfast.



This accommodation has capacity for 5 people distributed in 3 bright rooms and two bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the other has a single bed, these have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



Every Wednesday in Selva, the weekly market takes place, where you can find fresh products from Mallorca: flowers, clothing, and crafts. In 20 minutes you can reach the fantastic beaches of the north coast. Come and disconnect at Can Faluta in Mallorca!
