The resort consists of 3 detached houses and is only about 80 meters from the fine sandy beach. Ajar to the local resort architecture, the sea view system blends pleasantly into the surroundings. The apartments have a high comfort and make your dream come true. In the main house there is a spa area with indoor pool, sauna and relaxation room (included) which invites you to relax. An underground car park ensures that your car is safely accommodated. Cafés and restaurants invite you to linger in the area. Another highlight is the Müther shell construction (restaurant Inselparadies Baabe), which has been renovated, restored and lovingly integrated into the sea view. The apartment (A 2. 11) is located in the main building A in the 2nd Upstairs and has a balcony overlooking island paradise.

Your non-smoking apartment is equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. You live in a 40 m² large 2-room apartment, which is ideal for 2 people (extra bed in the living area for a 3. Person). The apartment A 2. 11 is located in the 2. Floor and is easily accessible by elevator. In the apartment you will find a combined living / kitchen and dining area. The integrated kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and other practical helpers. The living area also has a dining area and a comfortable couch (1.20 m x 2.00 m) with ottoman, coffee table, Smart TV, Blu-Ray player and mini stereo system available. You do not have to do without an internet connection (WLAN / LAN). This is included for you. The balcony is accessible from the living / dining area and fully furnished. From here you have a view towards the island paradise. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) with adjustable bed frames (headboard), bedside tables and an open wardrobe. The living room and bedroom can be darkened. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer, toilet and towel radiator. A private parking space No. 31 is located in the garage of the house. In the basement of the house you have the opportunity to use a washer / dryer for a fee. Pets are not allowed. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.  In the 2. Every week of January, the swimming pool is closed for maintenance. Disabilities can sometimes happen in the hallway.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
