Ferienwohnung Welcome (with lake view) is located in the romantic village of Schalkenmehren in the heart of the Eifel Volcano. Here you will find peace and relaxation, pure nature, and culinary enjoyment, if desired but also sporting challenge, action or culture. Let yourself be inspired.

The apartment offers lake views (5 minutes walk to the beach), a covered terrace, a barbecue and a garden with sunbathing area and sun loungers.
The kitchen is equipped with a dining area, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and all necessary kitchenware.
The bathroom has a rain shower, hairdryer, illuminated vanity mirror and is equipped with towels, bathrobes and facial tissues.
The living room has a flat-screen TV with surround sound system and Blu-Ray player as well as an extensive collection of Blu-Ray DVD's and CD's.

The apartment is ideal for 2 adults. There is also a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed. For a third and fourth person (or children) there is a sofa bed in the living room (150 x 170cm) and a side bed (90x200cm), which can be placed in the living room or bedroom. All utilities, bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.
