Luxury Villa Sušanj*****, is located in a beautiful peaceful location, 3km away from the sea and from the center of Opatija. This is a place for family vacations. The villa is conceived as a separate facility with its own private heated pool, sunbathing area and garden.

The interior of the villa is modern, comfortable and functional. Here you will find everything you need for your stay. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room and one bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, while 3 bedrooms with a double bed and private bathrooms are located on the first floor. The house is built on a private property, which is entirely at your disposal.

Outside you have a beautiful covered outdoor dining area and barbecue area. The pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.) is surrounded by greenery and sun loungers and parasols are available. Parking for 5 cars is located in the yard, next to the house.

Pet fee is charged 24,00 Eur per pet per day. 1 pet/dog allowed. Video surveillance of the property.
