The property consists of 43 comfortable apartments as well as numerous facilities and entertainment facilities for guests. These include a large garden, a swimming pool (about 20x8, open from April to October), children's pool, barbecue, horseback riding, tennis court, children's playground, table tennis, billiards, laundry, bicycles, wine and olive oil tasting and a restaurant. Internet Wi-Fi in the apartments as well as in most of the area. The apartments are of various sizes, beautifully furnished in typical Tuscan style while maintaining the original architecture of the building, including beamed ceilings. They can be on the ground floor or on the first or second floor.
