Villa Monpiti is close to the city with a clear view to the west of the golf course Boa Vista and to the east to Lagos and the landscape.
It has three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms on the ground floor, a large living room with fireplace, two large terraces and a perfectly equipped kitchen on the upper floor, a private heated pool (~ 10x ~ 5m), a carport and a palm garden. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (cooling and heating). From the terraces you have a beautiful unobstructed view of fields and meadows.
The beach is approx. 3 km away, the nearest supermarket approx. 1.5 km, the nearest restaurant 700m and the golf course 200m.
The city center and the port of Lagos can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.
On-site support by our friendly, competent administrator (speaks German, English, Portuguese).
Optional: heated pool for a surcharge of € 150 per week (to be paid on site)
