Das Ferienhaus ist rustikal eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich auf einem Bauernhof, am Ortsrand. Auch wegen der ruhigen, sonnigen und abgeschiedenen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse und Gartenmöbel. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung Kinderspielplatz.


Location
Vodnjan, district of St. Guran. The holiday house is located on a farm, on a 3000 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. In the same house there are 3 holiday rooms PUL VON 024 (2 persons), PUL VON 025 and PUL VON 026 each for 3 persons. On the same property there is a separate holiday house PUL VON 023 (9 persons) with its own pool. Also possible for groups of 17 people. The entire property is for shared use. The holiday house has 120 m2 of grounds for exclusive use. Guran has a significant historical and cultural heritage. Its remains are housed in the palace of Vodnjan. Today, the remains of several churches and basilicas are located in Guran. Its medieval name was Gropi or Old Guran, the place is first called Guranis in 1908. Gropi or Old Guran is 100 m away from today’s settlement. The place of Gropi has the shape of a parallelogram with smooth walls, the ground is paved with stones, which in some places are still preserved and visible today, and the wall has the shape of a fishbone.

The place is very rich and surrounded by many archaeological sites that you can visit. Especially the Church of St. Blaise in Vodnjan, where over 300 relics of the remains of saints and 5 mummified bodies of saints are found.

The host enables you to rent bicycles, rent a car, riding school. There is also the possibility for various services such as massages, fitness, mental fitness, yoga, workshops for making souvenirs, cookery school and baking school. Access is via a road (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking on the property.
