As the Villa is situated at the end of a cul de sac it is very quiet and peaceful. It has a big private pool (9x4m) with optional heating, ocean view, barbecue and lots of space. In the Villa are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and downstairs is a seperate Appartement with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open living/dining room/kitchen which can be booked additionally. Perfect for sharing the holiday with your friends and family as everyone has enough space to relax.
The Villa is situated in the beautiful area of Las Coloradas very close to the natural Papagayo Beaches. You can even hike to the first one from the Villa. Also the beautiful Marina Rubicon Harbour is near enough to take a stroll to with it´s nice little boutiques and great Restaurants.
