We have a brand new 63 sqm ground floor apartment with a view from the terrace of Neuschwanstein Castle. The apartment has been completely renovated and is particularly high quality with wooden floors, wooden doors and natural stone floors. Most of the furniture in the apartment was made by local carpenters. The apartment is very centrally located, very close to the center of the village.

The open kitchen with dining area is equipped with a comfortable corner bench and 2 chairs. In the living room there is a two-seater sofa, a reading armchair, flat LED TV with satellite reception and a DAB radio with Bluetooth, connection option for external devices. In the daylight bathroom there is a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet and a hair dryer. Garden furniture with seat covers is available for the outside area of the terrace. There is also an underground parking space available.
