This bright studio apartment is centrally located, just a few steps from the gravel beach, and offers space for up to 3 people. It is located in the attic of a house with access to a 400 m² garden where you can enjoy peace and shade. Pets are welcome.



The accommodation has a double bed, an auxiliary bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, kettle, cookware, and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.



For relaxed hours outdoors, two balconies/terraces are available: a small balcony with sea view and a larger north-facing balcony with dining table, Hollywood swing and parasol.



A car park is located directly at the property. The surroundings offer numerous leisure activities such as swimming, water sports, diving, boat trips, cycling, hiking, fishing, tennis and cultural excursions.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet, kitchen towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax as well as registration and deregistration fee. Pets are accepted for an additional charge. Smoking is not permitted.
