The bright living room with SAT-TV and dining area invites you to relax, while the private 20 m² large southwest balcony terrace offers perfect conditions for cosy hours with a view of the glittering sea. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, and WiFi is included. Pets are welcome by arrangement.



The family house, in which the holiday apartment is located, is only 50 m from the sea. In the immediate vicinity, you will find sandy beaches at a distance of 1.2 km and 3.5 km, as well as concreted plateaus at a distance of 250 m. The garden with a sunbathing lawn, sun terrace, outdoor shower, and barbecue facilities is open to all guests and offers plenty of space for relaxation. Parking facilities are available on site.



The location combines tranquillity and idyll with central proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and a bus stop just 200 m away. Sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth with water sports, diving or cycling, while boat trips or a visit to the old town of Rab are easily accessible. For families, there is a playground 100 m away and numerous leisure activities within a 20 km radius.
